| Payment
Schedule: A security deposit is required to hold the reservation.
90 days prior to your arrival, 50 percent of the base rent is due.
60 days before occupancy, balance of rent and all taxes are due.
Cancellation:
If you notify Prudential Rentals in writing at least 90 days prior
to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation
fee.
If you cancel
within 90 days of your schedule arrival, you will forfeit the advance
rent and security deposit. If you cancel within 60 days of your
scheduled arrival, you forfeit all rental proceeds.
Lodging cancellation
insurance may be purchased separately. A detailed brochure will
be enclosed with the rental confirmation.
Rentals are
subject to state and local taxes. Some condominiums require application
and registration fees which are to be paid by the guests.
Security deposits
are refunded six weeks after the date of your departure.

Rental rates
are available through our rate schedule and our web site.
Condominium
occupancy (number of guests) may vary and is determined by the bylaws
of each association or by choice of the owner.

General
Information
Check-In Time:
After 3 p.m Check-Out Time: By 10:30 a.m
Procedure:
- Office Hours-
Monday Through Saturday 9 a.m to 5 p.m
- Keys available
for late arrivals in lock box outside office. Combination provided
in your rental confirmation.
- After hours
emergency numbers will be provided by the rental agent of your
destination rental office. Please follow after hours phone menu
and or previous written instructions in your rental agreement.
- Keys to
properties and/or garage door openers must be returned to Prudential
Florida Rental office upon departure.
- Each residence
is cleaned prior to a renter’s arrival and following the
renter’s departure. Deductions will be made from your security
deposit for damage to the unit and/or for extraordinary cleaning
services required.
- No pets
are allowed in any condominium property. A few select private
homes may permit a pet.
- Basic cable
provided in all residences. Channel selections are provided in
our welcome packet.
- Some of
our properties have a toll block on the telephone. In that instance,
a calling card or credit card must be used for long distance calls.
- Linens and
housewares are provided. Because our properties are privately
owned, décor, furnishings and equipment will vary. Items
such as cribs, high chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, etc., are
available for rent.
- No motor
homes, RV’s, campers, motorcycles, scooters, certain trucks
and trailers are permitted on property common areas.
- Tenants
and/or guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the
condominium association. Sub-leasing is not allowed.
